Perceptions-- We live with!

Its comes out right from the heart, where it lies but it lies in me, piercing the heart at times going all across the body and reflects in the way I talk to people, I keep my head bowed down and keep thinking where ever I am today its only me no one else around and my shadow that follow me where ever I go.
That’s my self and I alone, where ever I head to.
People have the tendency to pick traits out of us; this is not what is reflected out of us, it is indeed the way they want to see us and the way they want to build the perception about us.
Few People live with what other tell them, few of them just see us from far and live with it, few of them prefer to talk and never come back or stick to us for good.
We know it impacts us big time in terms of self confidence when we see people coming too close or going far off based on their own whims and fancies and with no fault of us, but my friends this is the mighty world around us, we don’t have to cry and just have to be what we are, as what we can control is the 90 % of the self that lies with us, and rest of the 10 % is what people tom tom about.
Live with what you want to, and stay what you are, take feedbacks and sharp the saw, look forward to change, accept what comes in front of you, show the back to what stops you to move on.

I am a good speaker, but I am a loser
When I scream out of my lungs and people don't listen
I am a good decision maker but I am a loser
When I take a wrong decision and that hurts
I am a strong believer of God but I am a loser
When my beliefs distance me from humanity
I am a good leader but I am a loser
When I lead people to a wrong course
I am a good manager but I am a loser
When I don't know how to manage people
I am a good learner but I am a loser
When I don't use my learnings for doing good deeds
I am a good critic but I am a loser
If I criticize people for what they do with bias
I am a good father but I am a loser
If I don't respect my parents in front of my kids
I am a good driver of the Vehicle I own but I am loser
If I don't realize and understand the fact that people who are walking on the road came first on the earth and not my vehicle and they need to be respected when they walk on the road..
Yes I am a loser if i don't understand any of the above facts..

Are you Grown up to Your Self?? - Nostalgia

Some times I remember of talking something to do with my childhood and people around smile and share their bits.

Looking right into moms's eyes when she used to Comb your hair
Dirty looking shoes by the time we used to reach school
Back bench was the first crush had given the eyes and teeth for.
Concentrating on every thing other then the subject, window, trees, cows, cats, vehicles
Never change clothes after coming back from School, always wait for some one to scream out of their lungs to do the make over.
Eat less and drink more water, while having meals
Homework was always used to be the last on the list of actionables for the day
Why TV should be spared, uttering every Ad word by word, (No matter what it means)
Always walking without minding the steps, looking at the kites flying around in the neighbourhood
Closing eyes if someone sees us and feeling contented as if we are not noticed
When asked what we did for the whole day? Always had the best speech in place for father
Reluctance will not sleep and ready to play while others prefer to take a nap in the afternoon
Conquering the self designed expeditions and feel happy about it every day no matter even if it is the smashed window of our neighbour.
Eating half of the toothpaste while brushing teeth
Always wanted world out of the corner shop with merely 2 Rs in the pocket
Thinking that on Sunday it is going to be fun sleeping for the whole day BUT waking up @ 9 for watching Mickey Mouse was the routine

Gone are the days now, when there were fewer worries and always had more fun

Now let’s peep into what we are

Most of us almost every one of us are in some or the other kind of a rush to achieve things our own dreams, we forget small things which make big differences, like combing hair, look at your shoes man, (FATAL Error) they are crying to be touched, remember there is no one now to stop you no Miss Ross, no Mr. George who will give you punishment for this, you are your own mentor.
We call ourselves professionals, whiz kids, experts (Self styled) and never had a real look into our focus, we focus so much so that we get into so much details we lose the sight of the bigger picture and we proclaim it to be our great focus, and we crib to land on no mans’ land and then we think what we did?? No Results No Delivery, Aborted Projects and then we miss Our Teachers at school
Amazing is the spirit with which we carry values around us on our shoulders, and always feel proud about showcasing them, implementing them is a different topic to discuss, forget about it
Now how well it is imbibed, imparted, and off course the moral science sessions by Great Grand Pa does matter, look around the road side have you ever noticed yourself throwing the piece of paper on the road instead, without even noticing the bin on the roadside, OK is what we think not OK is what is happening to the surrounding, that kid inside us was an ignorant and the man inside us is an animal, as we know what the hell are we doing, Do we?? No!! We don’t!
We do sleep now a days as well but are day dreaming about success by spending most of the time in bed, its not lying underneath somewhere, look outside the window the world is moving too fast and you are far behind, I am sure you miss your father.
Whatever is done is done, a lot has been said, we cannot undo that, because what you hold in your hand is today and other days to come, what is gone is actually gone will not come back to you, wake up now, keep dreaming its not bad add your bit by chasing your dreams badly to hell.
Otherwise you will never come out of this Nostalgia

Commitment and Guarantee!

Can I Guarantee any thing on my own? I think I can't, All I think, I can give is my commitment to every thing that is expected out of me, and that's all that is needed. At times people mistake commitments as guarantees, while assessing a person, at the end we land up no where, where people in contact part their ways and leave conclusively. No matter how tough and or how unexpected it is, separation is bound to happen with this level of understanding, this will hurt feelings day in and day out but every thing will subside eventually, no matter how long it will take. Knowingly people will never hurt each other, statements loose its grace and humbleness, and that is followed by the subtle change in One's behaviour, which reflects the intent very cleary. Being humane can only be noticed only till the point where things soothes ones' own need. Imagine looking at someone with courtesy and talk to people with humbleness when its very hard to breath for you, you really can't.. Ain't you?? Yes you BEHAVE like this, and the irony is you show no remorse :)!, that’s' brilliant isn’t it. Actually yes because when you yourself have to stop crying to be able to put your point across as no body understands. What that mean???? it means that you have to be MEAN, and selfish yes you have to as people are! :) And if you are not selfish that means you are an" Emotional fool" and cannot control yourself, bad news for you. You can- Never be in a position to think what is right. Never be in a position to Opine At times you will feel that you cannot speak (Choked) anyways :) nothing Stops to move, the world take rounds around you people come and they go off :(!! My dears friends, please start Vetting things before you get into any sort of agreements, and start differentiating between Commitments and Guarantee

Reservation is bad basis cast and creed, why cant it be based on human Values

At least for Poor who cannot be Civil until they are properly fed

Irrespective what cast they belong to!

Irony is!!! poor remains poor and rich remains where ever they are!

And we exist with all these Scars, and a shout is Culture that's too Bookish

A dark room where there is nothing to see around BUT fear, it pains and it haunts.Civilisation, assimilation, assembeling things together, then treat them as herd, they better should have been starved to death on the roadside, it seems mere an eyewash, and seems FAKE, an illusion.

What is the Road to success a true success is what I may not be able to understand.

We love our parents, we follow them we take guidence from them is what is preached and we all stand by it eventually, but when birds lay eggs, take care of them for months and that gives shape to another infant, and when they grow up they fly off some where their parents don't even know, they also dont know that...



Are these birds betraying their parents?, don't they love their parents, or they have been forced to do so, or their parents are not concerned about their well being??

I think no all of the above points are invalid, The birds are happy to see their children fly.

Some colors are like foes they pinch you right where it hurts the most

Alot has been said, alot has been observed, alot has been under rigiourous focus.
But nothing is really moving, the economy is struggling to grow, expected to cross 7 % mark in the last quarter as per the latest information, Jai ho to all.
TADA, then POTO eventually POTA, then NSA If I am not wrong but no respite.
Sri Krishna, Librhan, Sachhar, alot has been concluded but where is the action, Jai Ho!
70 thousand Crore then 90 Thousand Crore, Railway is shining Jai Ho, but where is the comfort, middle men gone given birth to another organised and structured Chunk of Middle Men Jai Ho.
Roads have been built that connects Cities irrespective people to people connection, huh a disconnect nothing else to see Jai Ho !
Years our neighbour crying for Seperation and has been failing to Seperate us, but we did a great job in a month to Seperate Jammu from Kashmir Jai Ho! Excellent Job, Jai Ho.
Acts after Acts, attacks followed by attacks on innocents, Internal Security breaches, Collateral Damage, blame games to confuse as a result nothing really moves, Jai Ho !
So dont feel bad if people come to us and tell us that they project what they observe and get rewarded, Say Jai Ho!
And If it hurts then call for a change become a change for the sake of change.

Relationship-- 10 Pointer (To Remember)

You Lose near and Dear ones and you think it may be the easiest job to Perform however it can take you years to wipe out them from Mind, heart and Soul. To actualy realise that yes they are not with you any more is one of the biggest Challanges.
Gradually they will not be there with you any more but few things that can be worked out before you are pushed or you want to push yourself into that Dead Ended Zone.
1. Always carry a good faith in Almighty that whatever happenes is for good.
2. Never Keep any hard feeling for a person who is pushing you to leave or being pushed to do so
3. Pray for yourself and the person you are losing (Relation Ship) it will give you peace from within.
4. Try not to avoid that person, the more you avoid thinking of him the more you will get into the bad note of getting confused as to what have you done.
5. Reconciling as to what is getting actioned by you or what has been forced is actually approprite or not, can this be avoided at present OR can this be given a second thought(Remember Relationships are easy to break but it takes years to build the amount of trust that is invested)
6. Never end the realtion ship at a bad note, it has adverse effects, always push for a concensus.
7. Making the other person comfortable who is being pushed off is as equally important as you are comfortable doing that.
8. Gratitude is not a bad Idea to express while leaving people, it helps in building the feeling of good faith.
9. Remember "Realtionship" was an agreement how can this be ended with a is Disagreement, if so, it always conflicts with the Idea of breaking it up.
10. Last but not least, following the above points are important for you not for the person who is at the reciving end, taking care of the above points will always help you as it is meant for you as you are the one who is thinking of breaking the realtionship
